Chapter 01 — The Box
Naples in a Box is a small wood-fired pizzeria in Kilpauk, Chennai. We hand-stretch every dough after a 48-hour cold ferment, blister it in a wood-fired oven, and pack it warm so it meets you the way it leaves us.
The menu is small on purpose: a handful of pizzas built on San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, three panuzzos — Naples’ lesser-known stuffed flatbread — and five pasta sauces you can pair with spaghetti, rigatoni, or patate gnocchi.
No bottomless menu, no shortcuts. Just Italian, made carefully, served from Kilpauk.
